Clients and guests are responsible for downloading and backing up their media upon delivery.

Clients may request limited marketing exclusions for sensitive events in writing prior to the event date.

For school or youth events:

• The Client is responsible for obtaining any required parental or guardian consent
   
• Company does not collect, manage, or verify consent forms
   
• Media is delivered for internal school use unless otherwise agreed in writing
   

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your phone number information.

• Use of Information: Phone numbers are used to send SMS messages related to inquiries, customer care, or media delivery
